Park One Residence, a prestigious residential development in Üskümrüköy, Istanbul, is designed as a contemporary housing project integrated with its natural surroundings. The development brings together carefully positioned residences, landscaped areas, private gardens, and shared outdoor spaces within a cohesive masterplan.

The project emphasizes low-density living, generous green areas, and a strong relationship between architecture and landscape. Contemporary residential forms are organized around landscaped pedestrian routes and recreational areas, while the central pool and open spaces provide a shared focus for the development.
