As S P A C E architects & designers, founded by Kaan CETINKAYA at 1997, we specialize in architectural design, interior design, consultancy, and project development. We have been internationally recognized for our award-winning projects, not only in Turkey but also at several countries. Beside plenty of our notable architectural projects, Parkone Residence in Zekeriyaköy, received the “Best Residential Architecture in Europe” award at the 2011 INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS in London. Our Tulip City Hotel project in Beyoğlu was a finalist at the Archipark Real Estate Awards.
In addition to these accomplishments, if we collaborate, we consider it an integral part of our work to provide complementary support services to our clients based on our professional experiences. This includes promoting the created spaces, corporate identity designs, and addressing their operational needs, guest requirements, and lifestyle preferences.

In the hotel and restaurant sectors, we have achieved numerous successes in various competitions. Our Hilton DoubleTree Piyalepaşa project was awarded the “Best Hotel Interior” at the INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS in London in 2016-2017. SPACE also achieved to be the finalist at Hotel and Property Awards held by Italian Design etAL magazine with interior design concept and fit-out execution of DEVELİ Nişantaşı Restaurant in world restaurant category. We also invited as a finalist to the award ceremony of Design etAL magazine, which is held at Capri Island at 2018 summer with our restaurant project ‘Healin Foods’.
Lately we have executed the branding, architectural design, interior design, and fit-out construction of Burdock Hotel Autograph Collection in 2023. We would like to indicate with honor that Burdock Hotel project is awarded as “Best Hotel Interior” at European Property Awards in the UK and Luxury Lifestyle Awards in the United States.
