Private Villa – Al Waab, Doha, a prestigious residential project in Qatar, combines contemporary architecture with a refined and functional approach to private living. The design features clean geometric forms, natural stone surfaces, expansive glazing, and carefully integrated shading elements that respond to the local climate.

The residence is organized around spacious outdoor areas, landscaped gardens, and a private swimming pool, creating a strong connection between the interior and exterior. A balanced material palette, generous openings, and carefully considered architectural details give the villa a sophisticated and contemporary character.
