An ambitious 82,000 m² mixed-use development proposal in Ayazağa, Istanbul, conceived as a contemporary urban complex combining residential, commercial, and communal functions.

The project is organized around a series of interconnected architectural volumes and landscaped terraces, creating a dynamic relationship between built form and open space. The stepped podium establishes a continuous public realm, while the high-rise residential towers provide a strong vertical identity and a distinctive presence within Istanbul’s evolving urban landscape.
